With KITABOO Reports, With KITABOO Studio, you can quickly and easily distribute your eBook content to end users. Our simple distribution option eliminates the tedious traditional process of mapping user accounts and licenses, before distributing them to end users. This demo video shows the lightning fast process of content distribution in KITABOO. It shows the distribute option makes it super easy to select eBooks and distribute to end users via their email address. The system triggers an immediate email notification to the intended recipients. You can also add your own custom messages, issue license dates, assign access codes to users and set eBook passwords to keep your content secure.

With KITABOO Studio, you can easily create an institution account. This demo video shows how you can create your school account by filling in basic details like Institution name, SSO source, and rostering type. You can generate LTI (1.1/1.3) keys and register. Once done, you can do a single sign-on from inside your application (Google Classroom, Canvas, etc) and view your eBook content in KITABOO.

With KITABOO Reports, you can pick up to eight different reports available for your analysis. The analytics tab shows different reports for your readers and content interaction. The type of reports you can access range from most active users, number of licenses, most active institutions, titles, chapter-wise tracking, user interaction with the reader app, device type, and demographic locations. You can download these reports in Excel sheets and analyze your reader behavior. You can also generate user, content, and institution-level reports.

With KITABOO Content Management, you can upload the content on the backend and distribute it to end users. You can choose a new project, select the content format to upload, fill up the metadata details like title, ISBN code, and category, and upload your file. You can publish your eBook within a minute with DRM protection and automatic indexing. The edit option allows you to upload the latest version of your eBook and publish it.

Once you upload your pdf file in KITABOO, it automatically provides a Table of content if your pdf is bookmarked. If it is not bookmarked, you can provide the folio numbers and it will create a customized table of contents. Once the TOC is created, the eBook can be converted into your desired format within minutes.

With KITABOO User Management, a publisher/educator can create a unique user or a list of users using a CSV file. This demo also shows the levels of access you can provide to students or restrict them from accessing specific content. Once you have created a new user or list of users, you can easily distribute the eBook content to them. This video also shows how you can easily update the details of the user or delete them.

With KITABOO License Management, you can pick an educational institution/school and provide licenses of access to your eBook content. It allows you to fill in details on how many licenses and the number of devices to provide. You can also fill in a start and end date for access to the license. The demo shows that you can generate access codes like unique/common/class according to the requirements of schools. You can generate and download the license code. The user then has to register with the code on their branded reader app to access the content.
