Cataract surgery training depends on content that is both highly sensitive and field-ready, built for surgeons in remote clinics as much as teaching hospitals. KITABOO gave this organization the offline access, IP protection, and secure distribution infrastructure to reach every practitioner, on every device, without compromise.
Connectivity-dependent platforms completely blocked field surgeons in low-bandwidth regions from accessing training. Consequently, the practitioners who needed cataract surgery training most couldn't reach it.
Distributing proprietary surgical guides digitally without content-level protection risked unauthorized piracy and leaks. As a result, the organization couldn't secure its valuable clinical protocols once distributed.
