Ask about your setupA device name alone does not confirm compatibility. Review the operating system, memory and storage requirements alongside the model list. Confirm your exact model and OS combination with the KITABOO team before deployment.
The web-reader Windows and Mac profiles list 50 GB+ available space for offline downloads. The mobile apps list 10 GB+ available space. Studio and Create list 5 GB+ available space; these are separate product requirements.
Web-reader and Studio/Create requirements are not interchangeable. Check the minimum versions for your selected product and platform, and use its recommended browser where one is listed.
