KITABOO is a high-scale digital platform used by publishers and enterprises to create, enrich, manage, host, and deliver interactive digital textbooks. It is primarily a hosting and distribution platform. It is not a hardcore Learning Management System (LMS), but it can serve as a learning management tool by providing assessments and certification modules.

The Super Admin (usually the publisher/client) has complete control over the content, including uploading, enriching, and distributing licenses. They can see all associated schools and universities. The Admin (usually the school or institutional authority) has limited access, primarily focused on viewing the analytics and usage reports for the students within their specific institution.
03Does the platform offer features for annotation, such as highlighting, note-taking, and bookmarking?
Yes, these features are available. Users can highlight, take notes (sticky notes), and bookmark pages.
04What does the functionality look like for the pen/annotation tool (e.g., similar to Notability, or just colors and basic drawing)?

At the moment, KITABOO does not have such a system for restricting a user's own device from accessing other applications. However, if the client were providing the Android devices, the sales representative would check with the tech team about implementing such restrictions. The problem of maintaining student focus in the classroom can be addressed through assessments after each chapter/book to verify attention.
18Can the platform enable students associated with K-12 to only see K-12 specific content, keeping it separate from the general population's library?
Yes, this is doable. The system can control access based on assignments, meaning a K-12 student will only be able to see the specific books or content they are assigned (e.g., a sixth-grade student will only see sixth-grade books), and not the entire library.
